4040 Club Las Vegas Description

The 24,000 square foot ultra sports bar and lounge is expected to open on December 30, 2007 with a gala grand opening party, it was announced today by owners Juan Perez and Jay-Z. The newest 40/40 Club will be located in The Palazzo, a 643-foot, 53-story extension of The Venetian and Sands Expo complex on the famed Las Vegas Strip, which will be opening on the same day.

"We represent what the entertainment capital of the world is all about, it’s only natural we open here," said owner Jay-Z.

The multi-level upscale sports bar and lounge will feature 85 Plasma screen TV’s for the ultimate in sports and entertainment and perfect for enjoying your favorite sporting event. In addition to the main room, the new club also offers 5 exclusive VIP rooms that fans of The 40/40 Club have become accustomed to in New York City. The interior consists of 24kt gold and platinum floors, as well as five, 40 foot bi-level bars throughout the club. The space will also include an additional 3,000 square foot bar and lounge area on the outdoor terrace.

Kenwood Vineyards Lounge
This VIP room has leather wrap around couches, oversized leather bed as well as an 8 foot pool table, wood paneled walls, hardwood floors and a mini bar. Cigar smoking with be permitted in this room. VIP room also comes with complimentary Ms. Pacman arcade game, an outdoor cabana with a view of the Las Vegas Blvd strip and the Las Vegas fireworks, sunken living room and chess boards. This room accommodates up to 70 guests. Room is fully equipped with an independent sound system and 2 65 inch plasma screen televisions, wireless internet access Xbox and Playstation. This VIP room has leather wrap around couches, oversized leather bed as well as an 8 foot pool table, wood paneled walls and wall to wall carpeting. This room accommodates up to 70 guests.
